Vineyard: Memores comes from our vineyards Al Borro and Del Mulino.
- The Merlot parcel in Vigna al Borro faces Southeast with loam soil over Pietraforte and a 10% incline.
- Vigna del Mulino faces South–Southwest with deeper clay-loam soils over marl and a 5% incline.
Grape variety: 100% Merlot
Certifications: Organic, Bioagricert
Winemaking method: Fermentation with selected yeasts; maturation in American oak tonneaux for 72 months. Bottled in June 2024.
Alcohol content: 14,5%
Tasting notes: Ruby red with purple reflections, Setriolo Memores is a very fluid and savory Merlot, with good tannic structure and great smoothness due to its long maturation, showing typical notes of cherry in spirit, ripe plum, and black cherry, paired with spices such as cocoa and vanilla.
