Vineyard: Setriolo Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Terrazze comes exclusively from the Terrazze Vineyard, exposed to South-Southwest on a 30% incline, planted on sandstone soil, precisely on pietraforte sandstone.
Grape blend: 100% Sangiovese from “Le Terrazze” vineyard
Certifications: Organic, Bioagricert
Winemaking method: fermentation with selected organic yeasts, maturation in French oak barrel of 500 litres for 12 months, in amphorae for 6 months and in bottles for 18 months.
Alcohol content: 14,5%
Tasting notes: ruby red colour. A textured mouthfeel, good smoothness and long persistence with mineral and spiced aromas of fresh fruit such as cherries and raspberries.
