“VINI D’ITALIA 2009” - GAMBERO ROSSO -
		After last year's debut in the Guide, this year the Soderi's family winery conquers the the big scene with an excellent performance, which brings the Chianti Classico 2006 to the finals. Enthusiasm and will are the ingredients that allowed them to start a wine project, which has its origin in the past. Symbol of the winery is the olive tree that survived the frost of 1985. It now stands right in the middle of the vineyard to testify that when there's a strong will you can bravely face any difficulty and find a new beginning.. Only few hectares, mainly sangiovese, and a bit of merlot, an important part dedicated to the carefully cultivated olive grove, and finally a farm holiday house: all this confirms a life experience close to nature that keeps one busy all year long. The "finalist" has convinced for its winning nose of black cherry and plum, the light spicyness and the great drinkability, balanced by fine and soft tannins. The Memores 06, a blend of sangiovese and merlot equal percentages, is a bit less balanced in the mouth, where tannins are a bit emphatic, but shows a very suitable aromatic complexity.

		The fruitiness of the Chianti Classico 2006 is consistent and concentrate , with a touch of mint, which enriches the complexity. The encounter with Memores 2006 is marked by the impressive taste of ripe and sweet plum. It is not a tannic wine, but it is round and powerful with a soft drinkability. Compliments to Setriolo for the worthy achievement of this vintage.

		Sentori di lampone e viola dominano il naso; in bocca risulta compatto, con tannini morbidi, ha un finale con succose note di lampone. Un perfetto abbinamento per pasta e risotto. - 2009 fino a 2010 The nose is dominated by scents of raspberry and violet; the taste is concentrated, the tannins are soft; it ends with juicy notes of raspberry. A perfect match for pasta and risotto. - 2009 to 2010
