I VIGNETI E I VINI ::
I
vigneti crescono su terreni declivi franco-argillosi e sono
seguiti in modo tale da favorire per ogni pianta uno sviluppo
ottimale tendente a prediligere la qualità delle uve.
Il vitigno predominante è il Sangiovese,
con una piccola presenza di Merlot.
La gestione in campo, con particolare rispetto delle piante
e della natura, ci permette di portare in cantina uve sane
e perfettamente mature. Il lavoro successivo, seguito da un’enologa,
è orientato a ottenere la migliore espressione e valorizzazione
del prodotto.
I vini, un Chianti Classici e un IGT Toscano Rosso, devono
poter trasmettere: la genuinità di
un prodotto non artefatto, le caratteristiche del territorio,
la realtà della campagna che non è identica
ogni anno, e infine il lavoro e la dedizione
di tutti coloro che accompagnano questa impresa. Per questo
motivo la produzione di una Riserva non è prevista
nelle annate meno buone.

THE VINEYARDS AND THE WINES ::
The
vineyards grow in land-type franc-argillaceous declivities
and are followed in such way to allow every plant an optimal
development to enhance the quality of the grapes. The grape
variety is Sangiovese, with one small presence
of Merlot. The management
in field, with particular respect of the plants and the nature,
allows us to obtain high quality ripe grapes. The production
of the wine is closely followed by a wine steward, which is
oriented to obtain the best expression and value of
the product. The wines, a Chianti Classics and a
IGT Toscano Rosso, must be able to transmit: the quality of
a whole natural product, the characteristics
of the territory, the truth of the land that is not identical
every year, and at last, the time and dedication
of all those who accompany this enterprise. For this reason
the production of a Reservoir will be done only in exceptional
vintage years.
